Product Overview
The Godrej GME 733 CM1 SM is a 33L Convection Microwave tailored for the diverse needs of an Indian kitchen. With its massive 33L capacity, it is perfectly suited for large joint families or urban hobbyists who enjoy baking tiered cakes and large batches of cookies. Unlike smaller solo models, this convection unit allows for baking, grilling, and reheating, making it a complete replacement for a traditional OTG. The interior features a high-grade Stainless Steel cavity, which is preferred by Indian cooks for its ability to withstand high temperatures during convection mode and its durability against the acidic nature of tomato-based gravies. While it lacks the Ceramic Enamel found in some competitors, its built-in Steam Clean and Deodorizer functions effectively manage oil spatters and pungent spice smells common in Indian cooking. For health-conscious users, the 375 auto-cook menus include oil-free options and specialized Indian presets for fermenting idli/dosa batter or making fresh curd. Safety is prioritized with a Child Lock and BIS certification, ensuring it handles the standard 230V/50Hz Indian power supply safely, though a dedicated 15A socket is mandatory. From an economic perspective, using this for 15-20 minutes daily for reheating dal and subzi adds approximately ₹180-₹250 to your monthly electricity bill. Backed by Godrej's legacy and a 5-year magnetron warranty, it offers long-term peace of mind regarding after-sales service in both metro and Tier 2 cities.
