ASSCO-GDO-01

The ASSCO-GDO-01 is a high-performance ceiling-mounted garage door opener tailored specifically for the Indian residential market, particularly for premium villas in gated communities such as those developed by DLF, Sobha, and Prestige. At its core is a powerful 750W Brushless DC (BLDC) motor, which provides superior efficiency and longevity compared to standard AC motors, making it highly resilient against the voltage fluctuations common in Indian cities. With a robust torque output of 120Nm, this system effortlessly handles sectional doors up to 9 ft x 7 ft and weighing up to 250kg. The durable chain-drive mechanism is engineered for long-term reliability, offering a cycle life of 100,000 operations, which translates to decades of use in a typical Indian household. Despite the heavy-duty drive, the system operates at a remarkably low noise level of 44dB, ensuring that late-night arrivals do not disturb the household or neighbors in high-density residential developments. Safety is a priority, with integrated IR safety beams, auto-reverse on obstacle detection, and anti-lift protection to prevent unauthorized manual entry—a critical feature for security-conscious Indian homeowners. While the unit lacks built-in battery backup, it includes a manual release cord for emergency operation during power outages. The ABS housing is weather-resistant, capable of withstanding the high humidity of coastal regions like Mumbai or Kochi and the intense heat of Northern Indian summers reaching up to 55°C. Installation requires a professional touch and a ceiling clearance of at least 10-12 inches. Backed by a 2-year motor warranty and a growing Indian service network, the ASSCO-GDO-01 represents a dependable, budget-friendly automation solution for modern Indian homes.
